Positioning

Every position has it perks,

Even for us self-publishers:

Random voicemails from women

With exotic, foreign accents

Promising to grow my "niche."

Honestly, does this work with weaker prey?

Does vanity press common sense away?

If she really positions herself thus,

How desperate does that make us?

Unfortunately, the price I'd have to pay

Will just be more money thrown away

In the guise of mutual exchange.

Every position has it jerks:

Is it any wonder I go it alone?
